A new jewel, an entirely reorganized space

A new setting awaits the guests of the Les Trois Tours restaurant in Bourguillon. While the building’s appearance has remained intact, the interior has been redesigned. Noble and sober materials echo the delicacy of the dishes, a soft and deliciously hushed atmosphere is promising surprising and tempting moments.

Each month, a new menu awaits gourmets. Throughout the seasons, the guests discover new dishes concocted by the chef and his team with the finest local ingredients available, the echo of the land and its producers. Creative and original dishes, touching with their subtlety and quality.

A project in record time for an an exceptional house

Discover the amazing kitchen of Les Trois Tours orchestrated by Ginox Swiss Kitchen , located in Bourguillon, on behalf of the Montreux architect “Linea Lombardo”.

With its impeccable finish stages and high-quality equipment, this kitchen is now the jewel in the crown of the famous restaurant. Despite somedelays, Ginox succeeded with vigor to measure and produce last minute made-to-measure furniture.

Thanks to the new owner, Mr Blanquet, the building has been restored to its former glory, and with this kitchen, it, is ready to welcome the famous chef from Fribourg, Romain Paillereau, in order to offer an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
