Joey Bangkok put the spotlight on fresh and seasonal products from small Swiss producers.

The team at Joey’s have places a great importance to the care taken in the selection of products in order to propose a tasty and qualitative food offering. In order to limit its ecological impact, we work with fresh, seasonal products and we guarantee the traceability of our products.

Ginox Swiss Kitchen’s mission

With this kitchen project based around a Thai restaurant concept, Ginox Swiss Kitchen was proud to demonstrate its capacity for innovation.

With the space being relatively small, the integration of various elements was a challenge. Little by little, a bar, a kitchen space organized around two wok cooking posts, a space for cold preparations, a ware whasing room, a commissary and a cold storage area have found their place in the available 7m2.

The whole area is topped by an extra-flat LineAir “W” type hood.
