Le Berceau des Sens, is a restaurant located in the campus of Lausanne. EHL is continuously in search of innovation and excellence and is committed to enhancing learning and career opportunities for its students.

Local and seasonal products are at the heart of the kitchen. With this mindset, EHL, created a 3500 m2 space entirely dedicated to the students learning, creative and development process.

The students work in harmony with nature so that, fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers and fresh honey from organic productions end up on the guest’s plates.

A mission dear to Ginox Swiss Kitchen’s heart

The campus extension of the prestigious school was given to Ginox Swiss Kitchen in 2018. A project with the aim to double the capacity of the site and bring it to 3000.

Since 2019, Ginox teams have been involved in the making of this magnificent and ambitious project, which includes, among other things, three classroom kitchens, a service room, a wine room, a production kitchen equipped with its own dishwashing and cold rooms, two thematic kitchens and numerous self-cleaning ventilation hoods. In addition, the project includes an imposing bar, the “Bar M”.

The installations have been in operation since the start of the 2022 school year. A great project to which Ginox Swiss Kitchen is very proud to have contributed.
