The Vaudoise Arena transforms itself in 24 hours to welcome spectators for various events: hockey matches, concerts, shows, exhibitions or congress.

Ginox Swiss Kitchen’s mission
The Vaudoise Arena project is a complex and large-scale project, which required precision in its organisation.
A large choice of equipment was proposed. The aim was to install fifteen refreshment bars allocated in the inside and outside parts of the arena, four kitchens were to be set up to serve several restauration and VIP areas, as well as to provide a catering service. To complete it, four bars of variable size have been set up.
In order to support the organisation’s development efforts, a partnership-sponsorship contract between the LHC and GINOX was concluded over several years, enabling a long-term relationship to be established, in particular by ensuring the monitoring and maintenance of numerous pieces of equipment installed on the Malley site.
