Long-term collaboration and a star rated Restaurant
Every year, GIHE welcomes more than 1,500 students from 90 countries around the world to its three campuses (Glion, Bulle and London). A relationship of trust has been established over the years between Ginox Swiss Kitchen and GIHE.
Enjoying a spectacular view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. This unique setting is home to a gastronomic restaurant decorated with a Michelin star and 18 points in the Gault&Millau, La Maison Décotterd.
Ginox Swiss Kitchen’s mission
GIHE has commissioned Ginox to carry out three separate projects on its campus in Glion. The kitchen and bar of the restaurant “Maison Décotterd” as well as a coffee shop.
Various challenges had to be taken into consideration, the most important being the respect of the deadlines with the non-negotiable deadline of the beginning of the academic year.
Other challenges, such as integrating new elements into an existing kitchen, optimizing the flow of service or increasing production capacity, kept the Ginox Swiss Kitchen teams busy.
