Particular care is paid to our products' finish to give them a design that is on a par with their performance. They are designed for the Gastronorm standardized format (from 2 to 5 trays GN1/1).

The bains-maries are designed to display and keep food at the correct temperature (from 60°c to 85°c) in catering trays.

They are at the cutting edge of innovation with an automatic filling system and also an anti-overheating system. Among the available options are a halogen heating shelf and a tempered glass sneeze guard in (6mm single or double curve/12mm flat).
